The agency
Just Lets has let and managed homes along Church Road, the Drive, the seafront terraces and the streets behind them since 1995. We are a family business, and we run the agency the way you would run something you intend to pass on: carefully, honestly, for the long term.
Between us we hold well over half a century of experience of the Brighton & Hove property market. That is not a slogan. It is the reason we know what a street is really worth, which landlords look after their tenants, and how to keep a tenancy running smoothly for years rather than months.
Every home we let is compliant with current gas, electrical and fire regulations. No exceptions.
Landlords and tenants are treated with equal courtesy and respect, always.
Our tenancy agreements are reviewed by Brighton & Hove Trading Standards.
What we do
Hands-off letting for landlords who want it done properly. Marketing, referencing, rent collection, inspections, maintenance and compliance — handled by people who answer the phone.
